Monday 25th Joshua Evann Cajeux was born. Congratulations to Marcelle and Alain on the most beautiful boy ever. I met him on Tuesday.
Wednesday Pinelands Old Mutual 10km road race. Inge & my running-anniversary-race. Very special and she did GREAT!! 59 minutes girlfriend !



Thursday saw me having minor-recurring heart -attacks of joy
at "Kamersvol Geskenke" venue: (exquisite) Lourensford.

Richter-scale 99 beauty and visual pleasure to make the heart and eyes sing. some pics:




and then I (had to) buy a little Nu-Nu
(we need to find him a proper name) this is the sound that escapes when I hold him/smell him (little twigs/bits of forest pine needles)




the old favourites were there... Lady Peculiar, Vanilla concrete, Thia de Vos, Rhubarb room, and tons more...
oh, there is a hilarious and peculiar story about a ring I bought...
Ronel and I will have to tell you in person.



then wine & friends & dinner at Ronel's house. Girl power !

Awoke with head-ache 4am with Cappuccino ( Ronel's cat)


jumping on the bed..... heart
racing to get rid of the excess alcohol in bloodstream and thirst which defies all logic...





into kitchen... stood by the back door admiring the sunrise. bliss.



Later Jeanne came; another quick whip around Kamersvol before we left 11.45am for Reebok (and indeed Harold's bay)

lovely trip- even better conversation and music.
